Domnu' Rpotan , n-are nimeni nimic impotriva unui cod rutie EXIGENT , dar cand acesta este asa de dur incat, cu siguranta de 110%, va da manalibera la coruptia agentilor de circulatie, care acum vor mari "atentia" primita pentru a trece cu vederea nregulile din trafic, atunci totul poate si trebuie comentat. Exigenta, ar fi trebuit aplicata si dupa vechiul cod, care era destul de bun, dar suferea in "aplicatie". Si, o alta problema, foamea statului dupa bani, bani si iarasi bani. De ce sa platesti o amenda pe care o contesti?! Ca sa umbli pe la instante de judecata ca sa-ti recapeti banii inapoi dupa ce castigi si-ti demonstrezi nevinovatia???!! De ce sa nu asteptati ca o instanta sa se pronunte in favoarea amenzii si veniti cu alte masuri coecitive de genul "suspendarea permisului de conducere" . Adica sa "mori du dreptatea-n mana" asta e vointa Dvs.
