Sălbăticie pe plajele neînchiriate de pe litoral

Soare, nisip și susurul valurilor mării. Atât își doresc mulți turiști care vin pe litoral. Nu vor nici muzică, nici animație, nici șezlonguri sau șampanie rece, servită la nisip. Doar liniște și vreme bună. Cum stațiunile sunt aglomerate, astfel de plaje se găsesc în multe zone de-a lungul litoralului nostru, în porțiuni mai greu accesibile, la marginile localităților, însă de o frumusețe deosebită. Singurii care vă pot deranja pe aceste plaje sunt pescărușii și, poate, un pescar - doi, întorși din larg cu barca plină de pește.
Surpriza din stațiunea Mamaia
Administrația Bazinală de Apă Dobrogea Litoral a finalizat și cea de-a doua etapă de închiriere a plajelor pentru sezonul estival 2014. După prima etapă, desfășurată în luna aprilie, au rămas necontractate 34 de sectoare de plajă. Acestea au fost scoase la licitație în urmă cu câteva zile, dar nimeni nu s-a înghesuit să le închirieze. Procedura s-a finalizat cu un singur contract, pentru un sector din Năvodari. 33 de porțiuni au rămas neînchiriate și sigur nu veți găsi acolo nici beach-baruri, nici muzică dată tare, nici umbreluțe chicioase.
Este vorba de porțiuni întregi între Năvodari și Mamaia, în dreptul unor terenuri particulare, dar și în dreptul complexului Phoenicia, de zone din Eforie Nord, Eforie Sud, de-a lungul cordonului Eforie Nord - Eforie Sud, în Tuzla, în 23 August, în Olimp, Venus, Mangalia, 2 Mai și Vama Veche. În mod surprinzător, în stațiunea Mamaia, a rămas necontractat un sector de plajă, la nord de Melody, cu o suprafață de peste 3.300 de metri pătrați.
Igienizate și mecanizate de ABADL
Reprezentanții Administrației Bazinele de Apă Dobrogea Litoral, administratorul plajelor, se așteptau să nu reușească să închirieze toate sectoarele. Nici în anii trecuți nu au reușit.
"Este vorba despre zone cu potențial turistic scăzut și agenții economici nu sunt interesați. Asta nu înseamnă că nu sunt turiști care nu agreează tipul acesta de plajă sălbatică, fără gălăgie, șezlonguri, aglomerație și beach-bar", a declarat, pentru "Cuget Liber", directorul de investiții din cadrul ABADL, Stelică Hagi.
Potrivit acestuia, deși plajele sunt sălbatice, ele vor fi igienizate și curățate de alge. "Chiar dacă nu s-a licitat pentru ele, sectoarele respective vor rămâne în atenția noastră, vor fi în continuare igienizate și mecanizate", a mai adăugat Stelică Hagi.
Construcții provizorii, fără fundație
Pe plajele contractate, chiriașii pot ridica numai construcții cu caracter provizoriu. "Construcțiile pe plajă sunt reglementate de legi foarte clare. Sunt permise construcțiile necesare pentru a exploata turistic o plajă, toalete, beach-bar, șezlonguri, coșuri de gunoi etc., dar fără fundație propriu-zisă", a mai adăugat șeful ABADL.
