Indexes on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) posted moderate increases in today's opening session, on 22 percent higher liquidity against the previous session.

Liquidity stood at 2.61 million lei (712,300 euros) in the morning, against 2.14 million lei (585,800 euros) in the previous session.
Stocks in the U.S. advanced significantly in the previous session. So the Dow Jones (DJIA) composite index gained 1.37 percent to 12,307.35, the S&P 500 index advanced 1.5 percent to 1,360.03 and the Nasdaq index jumped 2.09 percent to 2,454.50.
In Romania, the BET index measuring the ten best companies on BSE, increased 0.76 percent to 7,423.75 and the BET-C composite index tracking all listed shares minus investment funds gained 0.27 percent to 5,248.17.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies known as SIFs climbed 1.06 percent, to 53,312.86 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna advanced 0.8 percent, to 17,037.70.
Second lender by assets BRD SocGen (BRD) was the most liquid stock in today's opening session, generating deals of 595,100 lei and climbed 1.38 percent, to 22.10 lei.
SIF Muntenia (SIF4) advanced 1.2 percent, to 1.69 lei, SIF Oltenia (SIF5) increased 1.04 percent, to 2.92 lei, SIF Transilvania (SIF3) gained 1.23 percent, to 1.64 lei, SIF Moldova (SIF2) climbed 1.38 percent, to 2.21 lei and SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1) inched 0.43 percent, to 2.35 lei.
Fifth lender by assets Banca Transilvania (TLV) gained 0.89 percent, to 0.453 lei, on deals of 147,700 lei. Erste Bank (EBS) listed on the international tier of the BSE advanced 0.91 percent, to 165.50 lei, on deals of 67,000 lei.
Fertilizer producer Azomures (AZO) idled at 0.775 lei on deals of 92,900 lei and Broker Cluj (BRK) increased 1.22 percent to 0.83 lei.
