Financial companies lose 3% at rising bell on the Bucharest Stock Exchange

The five financial companies known as SIF fell 3 percent this morning at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) after yesterday’s spectacular growth of more than 8 percent.
Liquidity on BSE halved to 2.31 million lei.
The BET index of the ten best companies on the market added 0.44 percent to 5,589.14 and the BET-C composite index measuring all listed shares minus investment funds rose 0.18 percent to 4,136.17.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies SIF dropped 2.97 percent to 34,677.24 and the ROTX index for trading blue chips in Vienna climbed 0.26 percent to 13,266.82.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies on the bourse decreased 0.56 percent to 593.43 and the BET-NG index of the ten power companies slipped 0.13 percent to 774.84.
Bourses in the U.S. dropped slightly in the last trading session. The Dow Jones (DJIA) composite index fell 0.23 percent to 11,516 and the S&P 500 index measuring the best 500 companies on the capital market dipped 0.41 percent to 1,277. Nasdaq fell 0.77 percent to 2,349.
The fifth lender by assets Banca Transilvania (TLV) was the most liquid stock this morning with deals of 1.13 million lei after a 3.47 percent increase to 0.2980 lei.
Financial company SIF Muntenia (SIF4) lowered 2.63 percent to 1.11 lei. SIF Transilvania (SIF3) decreased 3.23 percent to 0.90 lei, SIF Oltenia (SIF5) reduced 2.63 percent to 1.85 lei. SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1) plunged 3.57 percent to 1.62 lei and SIF Moldova (SIF2) fell 2.81 percent to 1.73 lei.
