Problema este binecunoscută între constănțenii care locuiesc la bloc și, deocamdată, pare fără soluție. Unii dau vina pe RADET, că nu face recircularea apei, alții pe administratorul blocului, cert este că, lunar, se duc pe canalizare zeci de lei din banii noștri.
"Locuiesc la etajul 1, în zona Dacia, și, de multe ori, este nevoie să las chiar și jumătate de oră apa caldă să curgă, ca să pot să spăl vasele. Am făcut un calcul și este mai rapid, dar și mai ieftin să încălzesc apă pe aragaz. Am ajuns ca pe vremurile de demult! Sunt pensionară, nu îmi permit să plătesc sute de lei la întreținere apa care nu îmi folosește la nimic", ne-a spus, revoltată, Maria Teodorescu, din Constanța. Aceeași situație ne-a fost semnalată și în zonele Far, Casa de Cultură, ICIL, Km 5, Soveja. "Este ceva de speriat ce se întâmplă în aceste vremuri. În loc să ne fie mai bine, ne este mai rău. Locuiesc la etajul al patrulea și trebuie să aștept jumătate de oră pentru a avea apă caldă. Am pensie de 350 de lei și am ajuns să dau chiar și mai mult de jumătate de pensie la întreținere", ni s-a plâns Elena M., din Constanța. Practic, problema există în toată Constanța.
RADET spune că nu e de la ei!
La ultima consfătuire a Uniunii Asociațiilor de Proprietari s-a ridicat din nou în discuție această situație care frământă pe toată lumea. Reprezentanții asociațiilor de proprietari au profitat de ocazie și au arătat din nou cu degetul în curtea RADET, acuzând regia că face economie nepermițând recircularea apei. "De ani de zile semnalăm către conducerea RADET, în nenumărate reclamații și sesizări, această problemă a apei calde care curge rece chiar și 15, 20 de minute. Nu s-a luat nicio măsură, nu s-a schimbat nimic. Până când o să mai plătim în van?", ne-a declarat, revoltat, un administrator de asociație.
Directorul tehnic al RADET, Liviu Popa consideră că regia nu are nicio vină în această situație și că își îndeplinește obligațiile în mod corect. Însă recomandă asociațiilor să-și îmbunătățească instalațiile.
Vicepreședintele UAP Constanța, Niculae Stan, a venit însă cu propunere interesantă.
"Proiectantul a prevăzut ca recirculația apei să se facă la subsolul blocului. Există o propunere a modificării Ordinului nr. 91 prin care acele asociații de proprietari care doresc, pot reface sistemul de recirculare a apei, pe cheltuială proprie. Ei au posibilitatea și să-și monteze repartitoare de costuri la limita de proprietate, astfel încât să-și îmbunătățească situația", a explicat Niculae Stan. Acesta a mai spus că UAP va face, în perioada următoare, demersuri către Con-siliul Local, dar și către RADET și RAJA pentru a sprijini acest tip de investiții, astfel încât recircularea apei să nu mai fie o problemă.
